Overview

RFQ to supply and installation, maintenance and repair ICT infrastructure across 26 JCPZ sites. Bidders should have ICT/networking capabilities including cabling (CAT6), wall boxes, patch panels, cabinet work, and site maintenance. Compliance requirements include CSD registration, SARS Tax Compliance, COIDA, and completion of mandatory MBD forms. CIDB grading is not specified.

Requirements

• Complete BOQ/specification and attend compulsory site briefing.
• Administrative: valid proof of address, COIDA certificate, shareholder documents, owner IDs, JV agreement if applicable, CSD registration, and sign-off on tender corrections.
• Compliance: Tax compliance status (TCS PIN or certificate), VAT number, and CSD number if not already on CSD.
• Documentation: Complete all required MBD forms (MBD1, MBD3.1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9) and submit with the bid.
• Other: All prices VAT inclusive; corrections must be initialed; no fronting; bid validity 30 days from closing.

How to Apply

• Submission deadline and briefing: Compulsory site briefing on 28 September 2026, 10:00–11:00 at JCPZ House (40 De Korte Street, Braamfontein). Quotations close 30 September 2026 at 12:00.
• Submission method: Sealed quotations deposited in the supplier quotation box at the entrance of JCPZ House on the closing date (8:00–12:00). Do not submit by telegraphic/telephonic methods.
• Documents to complete and submit: Official forms and schedules including MBD1, MBD3.1 (Pricing Schedule), MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9; BOQ/Specifications; Pricing Schedule per delivery point if applicable.
• Required registrations or pre-qualifications: CSD vendor number; SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) or PIN; VAT and company registrations; COIDA certificate; proof of address and shareholder/ID documents.
• Briefing session: Compulsory (see above) and held at JCPZ House.
