Overview

Procurement of a fire-resistant and waterproof 4-drawer filing cabinet (4 drawers) and its installation for SABS Groenkloof. Suitable bidders are service providers with proven experience delivering fire-resistant, waterproof cabinets, able to supply at least four units, provide fire-resistance certification, and meet ISO 9001-related quality expectations.

Requirements

• 4-drawer vertical filing cabinet, dimensions 1850 mm x 1130 mm x 700 mm; quantity 4; fire-resistant storage for paper documents/files; light grey/silver powder-coated finish.
• Safety features: interlocking/anti-tipping mechanism; high-security locks; day catcher; drawer dividers; fire protection activated on close.
• Delivery and installation at SABS Groenkloof (1 Dr Lategan Road).
• Fire-resistance certification required; evidence to be provided.
• Mandatory company track record: minimum of three references with letters from previous clients.
