Overview

Informal tender for the supply and installation of a hot-dip galvanised cable sleeve along the western underside of the Voortrekker Bridge. Suitably experienced service providers with CIDB GB class of construction works (grading as required by the tender value) and compliance with B-BBEE and locality requirements should bid. Estimated value up to R300,000.

Requirements

• CIDB registration: GB class of construction works with grading equal to or higher than that determined by the tender sum ( Regulation 25(1B) or 25(7A)).
• B-BBEE: complete Annexure MBD 6.1; submit original/valid B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificates; claim preference points in paragraph 6.1; provide locality proof.
• Tender conditions: subject to General Conditions of Tender and any applicable Special Conditions of Tender; tenderers must use the issued tender document.
• Evaluation: 80/20 preference point system; Preferential Procurement Policy available at municipal offices.
