Overview

Supply and installation of an Agentic AI automation system with RPA integration. Open National tender by Kenya Reinsurance Corporation Ltd for non-consulting AI/RPA automation solutions and integration services. Intended completion is 1 year after signing; suitable for AI automation vendors and systems integrators with experience in insurance workflows (claims processing, underwriting, intelligent document processing) and ability to serialize AI agents/workflows as required.

Requirements

• Tender Security of Ksh 500,000, valid for 150 days after tender opening.
• Compliance with anti-corruption provisions and sign Certificate of Independent Tender Determination; no debarment or collusion.
• Eligibility: JV允许; foreign bidders must source at least 40% of inputs from Kenyan suppliers; provide tax compliance and related evidence.
• Conflicts of interest prohibitions; strict rules on tendering participation and JV composition; no involvement by related public officials.
• Mandatory documents: Certificate of Incorporation, three client reference letters (at least two from insurance/reinsurance or AI-enabled claims/underwriting implementations), proof of concept/demo (setup within 2 months), and tax compliance certificate.
• Additional tendering requirements: chronological serialization of all AI agents, workflows, and tender pages; compliance with Section VII specifications; pricing in Kenya Shillings.
