Overview

Supply and installation of CCTV cameras at Umtavuna WTW. Bids are invited from suitably qualified service providers; bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) or provide a SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) certificate, hold CIDB grading as required by the scope, and submit the specified bid forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9) and supporting documents.

Requirements

• CSD registration or SARS TCS certificate
• CIDB grading appropriate to the scope (minimum 1GB where required)
• Completion and submission of MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9 and supporting documents
• Tax clearance/TCS PIN, CIPC registration, and certified copies of directors/owners
• Proof of payment for municipal services (water account/lease) or SAPS affidavit and, if applicable, disability proof
• Site briefing attendance (mandatory) and compliance with GCC and PPPFA rules
• Evidence of capabilities to supply and install CCTV equipment (as per attached specs) and post-installation support
