Overview

Supply and installation of CCTV at USLC by Ugu District Municipality; bidders with CCTV/electrical/IT installation capabilities and registrations (CSD, CIDB where applicable, tax compliance) should bid. The contract covers CCTV hardware and on-site installation, with a compulsory briefing and PPPFA evaluation (price + specific goals).

Requirements

• Open to bidders registered on CSD or with valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS PIN).
• CIDB grading of at least 1GB if the work is construction-related; provide CIDB details.
• Demonstrated experience in security/cctv installation and related services.
• Submit completed MBD forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9) and certify compliance with supply chain and BBBEE; attach ownership/affidavits to claim specific goals.
• Provide corporate documents: CIPC registration, IDs of directors/owners, tax status (TCS/CSD), proof of municipal service payments; include disability documentation if applicable.
• Health and safety: comply with OH&S, provide risk assessments and safety documentation; provide workmanship guarantees/warranties.
