Overview

Supply and installation of fence and gate at the Suurbraak landfill site. Bidders with CIDB contractor grading designation 1SQ(PE) or higher and relevant fencing/gating installation experience should consider bidding; a compulsory site inspection is required and references will be checked.

Requirements

• CIDB grading: 1SQ(PE) or higher
• Minimum two similar fence/gate installation projects
• Attend compulsory on-site clarification meeting (10 September 2026, Suurbraak Library)
• At least two reference letters with contact details (including email and phone)
• Tax Compliance Status PIN (SARS) to be included with bid

• Submission deadline and method: submit in a sealed envelope to the Supply Chain Management Offices, 11 Lind Street, Swellendam, before 11:00 on 25 September 2026 (documented as the closing time in the advert; see SMT05-26-27_Advert.pdf)
• Documents to submit: prescribed tender documents; Tax Compliance PIN; deposit for bid documents (R759.20, VAT inclusive)
