Key qualifications include SANAS-accredited B-BBEE verification or an EME/QSE sworn affidavit, tax clearance, CSD registration, and CIDB certification.

Requirements

• Complete the RFQ document and submit on company letterhead.
• B-BBEE: SANAS-accredited verification or EME/QSE sworn affidavit.
• CSD registration and SARS tax clearance; provide proof.
• CIDB: 1 SQ or higher.
• Phase 1/2 compliance: COIDA good standing and valid documentation; directors’ ID copies.
• SBD forms fully signed; returnable documents as specified.
• 51%+ Black ownership claims (with proof) if claiming specific goals.
