Overview

Procurement of supply and installation of a free-standing welded mesh fence with piggy-back electric fence around Building 3755 at Roburnia Plantation, Mbombela. Suitable bidders are construction service providers with experience in welded mesh fencing, galvanising, electric fencing and associated gatework; CIDB 1SQ or higher is required for evaluation.

Requirements

• B-BBEE: SANAS-accredited certificate or EME/QSE sworn affidavit (attested).
• Tax compliance: SARS/CSD verification or tax clearance.
• CIDB: registration 1SQ or higher (mandatory evaluation).
• Returnable references: 3 completion certificates/signed reference letters.
• Financial capacity: bank statements (not older than 1 week from closing).
• CSD registration within 7 working days of award.
• IDs of company directors; SBD forms completed and returned.
• Special conditions: prices firm incl. VAT; procurement follows SAFCOL SCM policy; lowest bid not guaranteed to win.
