Overview

Supply and installation of RO membrane, associated accessories, supply of spare parts, clean-in-place process, and ad-hoc maintenance for Dube AgriZone Water Treatment Works (AWTW). Suitable bidders are service providers with experience in RO membrane systems, water treatment plant installation, CIP processes and maintenance; the bid includes preference points (10 for 51% Black-owned and 10 for KwaZulu-Natal location).

Requirements

• Experience in supply/installation of RO membranes, testing/commissioning, CIP, and management of chemical waste.
• Removal/replacement of activated carbon (DTPC will supply new carbon).
• Ad-hoc servicing/maintenance of the AWTW and spare-parts supply.
• Three-stage evaluation: Administrative/mandatory, Functionality, Price with preference points; 180-day validity period.
• Non-refundable bid document fee R250; EFT payment with proof emailed; documents released after funds reflect.
