SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF TURBINE ROOF VENTILATORS AT MUNICIPAL STORES

Overview

The contract is for the supply and installation of turbine roof ventilators at municipal stores. It is suitable for HVAC equipment suppliers, roofing installers and building contractors with experience in roof-mounted ventilation systems. The Council will evaluate using the 80/20 preferential procurement policy and is not obligated to accept the lowest bid.

Requirements

• Valid Tax Compliance Status PIN (SARS).
• Quotations on prescribed documents, sealed in the Municipal Quotation Box.
• Evaluation under the 80/20 Preferential Procurement Policy.
• Special Condition: list at least two references for similar projects completed in the last five years.
• Bids valid for 60 days from closing date.
• Late quotations and submissions by email/fax not considered.
• Quotation box open 24/7; standard opening 10 cm high x 33 cm wide; inquiries in writing; last two days before closing excluded.
