• Copy of company registration documents (CK)
• Certified copies of owner(s) ID books, not older than 3 months
• Proof of municipal rates or formal lease/traditional authority letter
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) report
• Note: a copy of a certified copy will not be accepted
• Tender valid for 90 days
