SUPPLY AND PROVISION OF HOSTING SERVICES AND PROFESSIONAL SUPPORT SERVICES FOR A PERIOD OF 5 YEARS (60 MONTHS)

Overview

Supply and provisioning of hosting services and professional support for a period of five years (60 months) to Amatola Water Board. The contract covers domain hosting, email archiving and security, secure VPN, cloud backup, Internet/MPLS fibre connectivity, hosted firewall and related hosting hardware, staging/install/migration and ongoing governance/reporting. Eligible bidders are ICT service providers with end‑to‑end hosting/ security capabilities and public‑sector experience, including two prior hosting/professional support contracts (minimum 3 years each) within the last 12 years. Bids must comply with CSD registration with valid tax clearance and PPPFA requirements, and bidders should be ICASA‑certified ISPs or authorised partners. The procurement is conducted as an open tender with a structured three‑stage evaluation (mandatory requirements, capability, price and preference) under the GCC 2010 framework, with SLA obligations on delivery.
