Supply and Support of Business-Class Laptops

Overview

The SANAS RFQ seeks a panel of service providers to supply and support business-class laptops, monitors and mice, including configuration, warranty and maintenance over 36 months. Bidders must hold OEM reseller certificates and be able to deliver a full service package (supply, configuration, warranty/support, and repairs/replacements).

Requirements

• Minimum hardware: HP EliteBook 8 G1i 13.3", HP ProBook 455 15.6" G9, and HP EliteBook 6 G1i 16"; Windows 11 Pro 64-bit; 16 GB RAM; 512 GB SSD; integrated graphics; 13.3"/16" displays as specified; 3-year warranty; Wi‑Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3.
• Peripherals: Wireless optical mouse (4 buttons); portable 15" monitor (Full HD, IPS, HDMI, USB hub).
• Delivery: Expected delivery 7 days after appointment.
• Service scope: Equipment supply, configuration, warranty support and maintenance for 36 months; replacement/repair of defective hardware under warranty.
• Documentation: Proof of reseller certificate (OEM); product brochures/technical specs; Annexure A pricing table.
• Compliance/evaluation: SBD4 and SBD6.1, valid BBBEE certificate (or sworn affidavit), tax PIN and CSD status; price plus SANAS-specific goals with 80/20 or 90/10 preference and BBBEE points.
• General: All prices in Rand (incl. VAT where applicable); quotation valid for 60 days; SANAS may award to multiple suppliers and adjust quantities; late/incomplete bids not accepted.
• Disqualification triggers: Non-compliant tax status, false declarations, restricted supplier lists, or failure to quote to specification.

• Pre-qualifications: CSD check, tax compliance, and BBBEE documentation as required.
