Overview

Supply, configuration, integration, implementation, support and maintenance of an electronic payment platform for the Moses Kotane Research Institute knowledge repository. Suitable bidders are IT/fintech vendors with experience in payment platforms, systems integration, and ongoing support, able to provide required compliance documentation (CSD, SARS, BBBEE) and deliver under the 80/20 preferential framework.

Requirements

• Stage 1: Administrative compliance — complete and sign the returnable forms: SBD 1, Section B (CSD), SBD 4, Authority to Sign Tender; submit SBD 3.1 (firm pricing). Stage 1(b): provide proof of relevant company accreditation.
• Stage 2: Functionality evaluation — minimum score of 70 points to progress.
• Stage 3: 80/20 price and preference system — price (80) and specific goals (20).
• Required proofs for preference points: copy of BBBEE certificate, copies of ID, copies of CIPC registration, and, if applicable, a doctor’s certificate or proof of disability; complete SBD 6.1.
• Tax and pre-qualification: provide SARS PIN (TCS if possible); if no TCS but on CSD, provide CSD number; no bids from state employees or related disqualifications.
