Overview

Supply, Decommissioning, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of Air-Cooled Water Chillers for Dube AgriZone Facilities. This procurement targets HVAC chillers and related works; suitable bidders have an active CIDB grading of 5ME or higher by the closing date, no PE status, and proven experience in chillers’ supply, installation, testing and commissioning. Preference will be given for KZN-based entities and for bidders that are at least 51% Black-owned.

Requirements

• CIDB grading: 5ME or higher by closing date; no PE status.
• Mandatory compliance for administrative and technical capabilities (decommissioning, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning).
• Preference points: 10 for KZN location; 10 for at least 51% Black ownership.
• Bid documents: available 08–14 Oct 2026 by email; non-refundable fee R500 via EFT; proof of payment required to receive documents.
• Briefing session: compulsory, physical, 16 Oct 2026 at 11:00 at Dube TradePort AgriZone Offices (Harvest Avenue) (see attached doc).
• Closing: proposals due 13 Nov 2026 at 11:00.
• Submission method: electronic submissions accepted; allow for submission per DTPC instructions, with documents clearly marked.
