Overview

Procurement of a 250 kVA silent diesel generator set for Taung Campus, including supply, delivery, installation and commissioning, with ATS integration and handover. Bidders should be electrical equipment suppliers and installation contractors capable of supplying a 250 kVA genset, installing it with ATS, testing, commissioning, staff training and providing local after-sales support. Requirements

• CIDB Registration: EP Grade 1 (valid)
• CDS report not older than 3 months
• Three reference letters with official order numbers and completion certificates for installation of backup equipment of 250 kVA or higher
• Copies of identity documents
• CIPC documents
• Tax PIN
• Official quotation on company letterhead including all related costs
• Draft Maintenance Plan (not more than 1 page) and Project Installation Plan
• Complete SBD 4 and SBD 6 (including SBD 6.1 for preference points)
• Evidence of warranty terms and local after-sales support
• Training/hand-over plan
• Compulsory briefing attendance (online) is required
