Overview

Supply, deliver and install a 4 MVA, 11kV/22kV Star/Star transformer with open bushings and temperature control. Bidders with electrical equipment supply/installation expertise (transformer procurement/installation) and those registered on the CSD with Tax Compliant Status should consider bidding.

Requirements

• CSD Supplier Database registration with Tax Compliant Status
• Certificate of Good Standing from local municipality
• Completion of tender forms/data sheets and submission of supplementary information
• Tender must be in black ink, signed, not late, not submitted by fax or electronically
• Bid validity: 90 days
• Compliance with Blue Crane Route Municipality SCM Policy
• Evidence for Specific Goals must be provided to claim points (HDI status, race, gender, disability, youth) per the bid document
• For claimed HDI/specific-goal points, provide required supporting evidence
• Late, incomplete, or non-compliant bids will be disqualified; non-responsive if forms are incomplete
• Bids remain open for public opening and may be accepted in whole or part; authority of signatory must be filled (Section 4.4)
