Requirements

• CSD registration with Tax Compliant Status
• Certificate of Good Standing from local municipality
• Non-refundable tender deposit: R500

• Late, incomplete or non-black-ink submissions disqualified; bids valid for 90 days
• Functionality scoring (Phase 1): minimum 80/100 to proceed

  • Health and Safety Officer – SACPMP registration (20 points)
• Specific Goals (HDI) may yield up to 20 points; evidence required for claims
