Overview

Procurement of supply, delivery and installation of vertical blinds for 12 office windows at the Department of Environment, Forestry and Fisheries (DFFE) in Kuruman. Bidders should be able to measure, fabricate, deliver and install commercial‑grade vertical blinds, and provide a minimum 12‑month workmanship warranty plus manufacturer warranties.

Requirements

• Scope: site inspection and measurements; supply and delivery of vertical blinds with all fittings; installation on 12 windows; testing and final handover; minimum 12‑month workmanship warranty and manufacturer warranties.
• Documentation and eligibility: complete SBD 4 and SBD 6.1; SANAS/CIPC B‑BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; CSD/MAAA number; tax/VAT compliance; Food Premises Certificate (in the bidding company name).
• Preferences: 80/20 price–quality system; points for specific goals (more than 50% Black ownership, Women ownership, and people with disabilities; 20 points each).
• Compliance: prices firm unless otherwise stated; no deliveries before an official order; ability to deliver within required timelines.

• Deliverables and timelines: indicate delivery timelines and quote validity; quotes deemed valid for 90 days from RFQ close.
