Procurement of the supply, delivery and installation of fencing at Panorama Erf 15716 Malmesbury and Erf 5409 Moorreesburg. Suitable for civil/construction contractors with CIDB SQ registration and 1SQ+ grading, plus B-BBEE certification and locality proof; tender fee applies and bids must be on prescribed documents.

Requirements

• CIDB: registered in a SQ class of construction works with grading designation 1SQ or higher.
• B-BBEE: valid Status Level Verification Certificate (or certified copy) to substantiate claims.
• Locality: provide Proof of Locality to claim locality points.
• Annexure MBD 6.1: completed to claim preference points.
• Tender documents: submitted on prescribed tender documents; no electronic/faxed submissions; late or incomplete tenders will be rejected.
• Tender fee: non-refundable R190 on collection of documents (payment at cashier; EFT accepted; allow 2 banking days to clear).

• Submission method: hard-copy tenders deposited in the tender box at Swartland Municipality Head Offices, Malmesbury.
• Documents to submit: completed prescribed tender documents plus original/valid B-BBEE certificate, Proof of Locality, Annexure MBD 6.1; include tender fee payment proof.
• Registrations/pre-qualifications: CIDB SQ registration with at least 1SQ; valid B-BBEE status; Proof of Locality.
