Overview

Supply & deliver branding & advertising items for the Harry Gwala District Area. The KZN Growth Fund Agency invites branding/advertising suppliers to quote for a fixed-price package (signage, business cards, flyers, A-frame) and to participate in an 80/20 price/specific-goal evaluation. Eligible bidders should be experienced in branding/printing goods and must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (MAAA) with SARS Tax Compliance Status.

Requirements

• Signed and completed SBD 1, 4 and 6.1
• Evidence of registration on the Central Supplier Database (MAAA) with Tax Compliance Status (SARS PIN)
• Fixed price quotation on company letterhead; inclusive of VAT
• Proof of preference-point eligibility (BBBEE certificate or affidavit, CSD, owners’ IDs, municipal lease/account, disability docs as applicable)
• Tax compliance requirements: SARS PIN or CSD number; ensure compliance if part of a JV/consortium
