RFQ to supply and deliver carpentry and ironmongery for the Manguzi, Umhlabuyalingana LM area (Mcebo Bed & Breakfast). Requirements

• Signed and completed SBD 1, 4 and 6.1
• Evidence of CSD registration (MAAA) with Tax Compliance Status; SARS PIN if non-compliant
• Fixed price quotations on company letterhead, inclusive of VAT and all costs
• Failure to provide mandatory information results in non-responsive
• Special goals may earn points (BBBEE, BWO, PWD, BYO) with proof required (e.g., BBBEE certificate/affidavit, CSD, IDs, lease, etc.)
