Overview

Supply & deliver fruits and vegetables for the Umgungundlovu District Municipality area. Open to food-supply/distribution vendors able to supply the listed fruits/vegetables and who meet Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration with SARS tax status, plus compliance with VAT and B-BBEE requirements.

Requirements

• Signed and completed SBD 1, 4 and 6.1
• Evidence of registration on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) with confirmation of Tax Compliance Status (SARS PIN if non-compliant)
• Fixed price quotations on company letterhead, inclusive of VAT and all disbursements
• Compliance documentation to support BBBEE-specific goals (BBBEE certificate or affidavit; evidence such as CSD, owner IDs, lease/municipal account)
• Pricing evaluation: 80/20 price/specific goals; must submit VAT-inclusive pricing
• Submissions must meet all mandatory information to avoid being deemed non-responsive

• Pre-qualifications: CSD registration; SARS Tax Compliance Status; VAT status; B-BBEE status

• Pricing: complete Annexure A pricing schedules (official bidder pricing schedule) with fixed unit rates; include VAT; price ceilings not provided here
