Procurement of supply and delivery of groceries and meat products for the Umgungundlovu District Municipality area. Open to service providers capable of fixed-price, VAT-inclusive quotations for specified groceries and meats, with evaluation based on 80/20 price/specific-goals (BBBEE and related metrics). Requirements

• Signed and completed SBD 1, 4 and 6.1.
• Evidence of registration on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (MAAA) with confirmation of Tax Compliance Status (SARS PIN required if non-compliant).
• Price submissions must be fixed-price on company letterhead, inclusive of VAT and disbursements.
• Tax compliance: provide SARS PIN or, if unavailable, a CSD number; separate TCS/Pin for each JV/partner.
• Submit BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; provide proof to claim specific-goal points (e.g., CSD, IDs, lease, etc.).
• Late or non-responsive bids due to missing mandatory information will be rejected.
• Annexure A contains the official bid pricing schedule; ensure all required pricing cells are completed (Excl. VAT) and totals include VAT.

• Pre-qualifications: CSD MA AA A registration and Tax Compliance status; SARS PIN; where applicable, separate TCS for joint ventures.
