Requirements

• Fixed price quotation on company letterhead, inclusive of VAT and all disbursements; prices per Annexure A.
• BBBEE evidence (BBBEE Certificate or Affidavit) and ownership documents (e.g., IDs, leases) to support specific-goal claims.
• Compliance with submission requirements and completeness of documents to avoid non-responsive outcomes.
