Requirements

• Evidence of CSD registration (MAAA) with Tax Compliance Status; SARS PIN if tax status non-compliant
• If tax status is non-compliant, supply SARS PIN; otherwise CSD number suffices
• Quoted prices fixed, on company letterhead, VAT inclusive (and all disbursements)
• Proof for specific goals: BBBEE Certificate or BBBEE Affidavit; CSD; IDs of owners; Municipal account or lease; disability documentation
• Submission must be complete and non-responsive otherwise (RFQ provisions)
• Evaluation: 80/20 price/specific-goals; specific-goals table includes BBEE, Black Women Ownership, Black Youth Ownership, Disability (points total 20)
