Overview

ACSA invites bids to supply, deliver, install, configure and test a SCADA panel for the Electrical Complex at King Phalo Airport, including removal of the existing installation and disposal certificate. Suitable bidders are construction/SCADA contractors with CIDB 2 EP or 2 EB or higher, and proven SCADA experience; expect familiarity with NEC3 ECC contracts and related project roles.

Requirements

• CIDB contractor grading designation of 2 EP or 2 EB or higher.
• Tax/compliance: SARS PIN for tax status; may use a TCS certificate or CSD number (joint ventures require separate TCS/CSD per party).
• Tax and pre-qualification registrations (COIDA/FEMA good standing).
• Demonstrated experience in installing/configuring/testing SCADA panels; key personnel with relevant qualifications and professional registration (ECSA) as applicable; vendor training for PLC/SCADA components.
• Compliance with Preferential Procurement (B-BBEE) and related administration; provide evidence for specific goals if claiming points.
