SUPPLY, DELIVER, INSTALL OF MAINTENENCE AND OPERATION OF DOUBLE SIDED OUTDOOR LED DISPLAY SCREEN

Overview

Supply, delivery, installation, maintenance and operation of a double-sided outdoor LED display screen for Matatiele Local Municipality. Suitable bidders include AV/integration specialists, electrical/electronic equipment suppliers, and joint ventures capable of procurement, installation and long-term maintenance.

Requirements

• Proof of Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration – full report
• Complete MBD 3.3, 4, 6.1, 8 & 9 and 6.2; comply with local content thresholds (100% for steel products/components for construction)
• Ethics Commitment Form; Authority to sign Form
• Prices must be firm and inclusive of VAT; Joint Ventures Agreement signed by all parties
• Bids evaluated under local SCM policy and PPPFA 80/20; ownership/disadvantaged criteria apply (HDI, Youth, Women, Disability, Rural)
