Overview

Procurement of supply, delivery, installation and servicing of specified hygiene services for the Infrastructure Branch Training Centre (IBTC) at Roodeplaat Dam, Pretoria, Gauteng, for 24 months. Bidders should be able to supply and install hygiene dispensers, sanitizers, bins, air fresheners, dust mats, and perform regular servicing/Deep Clean, with installation and maintenance capability for a 24-month period.

Requirements

• Bidders must be tax compliant and provide SARS PIN, or a CSD number; show CSD and SARS verification.
• Register on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide related details; include proof of BBBEE status (certificate or sworn affidavit).
• Compliance with PPPFA 80/20 (price vs goals) and specific goals: Women ownership, Disability ownership, Youth ownership, local Gauteng location, and B-BBEE level (Table 1, SBD6.1).
• Complete and submit: SBD 1, SBD 3.1 (Pricing), SBD 4, plus SBD 6.1; Annexure 7 as applicable.
• Compulsory briefing attendance: 19 June 2026, 10:00 at IBTC Roodeplaat Dam; non-attendance may render bid non-responsive.
• Items must meet technical specifications (as listed in the contract/spec docs) and delivery/installation requirements.
• Joint ventures require appropriate JV documentation and separate TCS/CSD for each party.
