SUPPLY & DELIVER MOBILE KITCHENS, CONTAINERS & TRAILERS FOR THE HARRY GWALA MUNICIPALITY AREA

Overview

The procurement is to supply and deliver mobile kitchens, containers and trailers for the Harry Gwala Municipality area. The RFQ invites quotes from suppliers to supply mobile kitchen units, 20ft containers and trailers (multiple lots) on a fixed-price, VAT-inclusive basis, with an 80/20 price/specific-goals evaluation and BBBEE considerations.

Requirements

• Signed and completed SBD 1, 4 and 6.1
• Evidence of registration on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (MAAA) with confirmation of Tax Compliance Status (SARS PIN if non-compliant)
• Fixed-price quotations on company letterhead, inclusive of VAT and all disbursements
• Roadworthy certificates and registration/licensing to beneficiary where applicable
• BBBEE documentation (BBBEE certificate or affidavit) and proof for specific goals (Black Ownership, Black Women Ownership, Black Youth Ownership, Disability)
• Supporting documents (CSD, IDs of owners, lease or municipal accounts) as evidence of claims for specific goals

• Pre-qualifications: CSD registration and tax compliance; SARS PIN/TCS; ensure no disqualifying issues under PFMA SCM regulations
