Overview

Supply and deliver mobile trailers to the uMgungundlovu District Municipality area, with prices evaluated 80/20 against specific BBBEE and other goals. The RFQ invites quotes for mobile trailers, including equipment/fitments and roadworthy compliance, with pre-qualifications and a price-based evaluation framework.

Requirements

• Signed and completed SBD 1, 4 and 6.1
• Evidence of registration on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (MAAA) with confirmation of SARS Tax Compliance Status (SARS Pin required if non-compliant)
• Fixed-price quotations on company letterhead; pricing inclusive of VAT and all disbursements; include Annexure A pricing schedule
• BBBEE documentation (BBBEE certificate or affidavit) and proof of CSD status
• Compliance documentation for ownership/disability/other specific goals as applicable (per the Specific Goals table)
