Overview

Procure and deliver office furniture at Clarkson Honeybush (Humansdorp, Eastern Cape) for the Agricultural Research Council. Target bidders are office-furniture suppliers with SABS/SANS/SATS-compliant products, ability to provide datasheets, and relevant BEE/CSDS registrations.

Requirements

• Mandatory admin: CK certificate, valid BEE, valid tax pin, completed specification list with all boxes ticked.
• Registration and pre-qualification: registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with number and full CSD report; standard SBD forms completed and signed.
• Product and documentation: datasheet/catalogue for quoted furniture (with supporting documents) and delivery terms; price against the Schedule (see attached).
• Delivery and warranty: delivery to ARC Institute at Clarkson Heuningbos; provide warranty/guarantee details.
• Evaluation rules: pricing via 80/20 (or 90/10 if applicable); claims for specific goals supported by proof. Minimum admin compliance required to advance.
