Overview

Supply & deliver shipping containers for the UMGUNGUNDLOVU District Municipality area. Requirements

• Signed and completed SBD 1, 4 and 6.1.
• Evidence of registration on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (MAAA) with confirmation of Tax Compliance Status (SARS PIN; supply PIN if non-compliant).
• Offer must be on fixed price, company letterhead, inclusive of VAT and all disbursements.
• Proof for preference points (BBEE): BBBEE certificate or affidavit, CSD report, owners’ IDs, municipal lease/account, disability docs if applicable.
• If bidding as a consortium/JV, each party must submit its own TCS PIN or CSD number.
• Offer validity: 90 days from the closing date.
