• Proof for preference points: BBBEE certificate or affidavit, CSD report, owner IDs, municipal account/lease, disability documentation.
• No bids from persons in the state service or related conflicts; separate TCS/ CSD requirements apply for joint ventures.
• Documentation must use official forms (SBDs) and signed where required.
