Overview

Supply & deliver specialized photography & IT equipment for the UGU Municipality area. Suitable for suppliers of photography gear, IT hardware, printers, cameras, laptops, frames and related consumables who can provide OEM warranties and comply with South Africa’s supplier requirements (SBD forms, CSD/MAAA registration, tax compliance, BBBEE).

Requirements

• Signed and completed SBD 1, 4 and 6.1.
• Evidence of registration on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (MAAA) with confirmation of Tax Compliance Status (SARS PIN if non-compliant).
• Fixed price quotations on company letterhead; price inclusive of VAT and all disbursements; must align with the Pricing Schedule.
• Evaluation uses 80/20 price/specific-goals split; specific goals include BBBEE ownership by Black/Loved categories, with points allocated (e.g., Black Ownership 10 points max; Black Women Ownership 4; Black Youth 3; Disability 3; total 20).
• Proof for specific-goals claims (BBBEE certificate or affidavit, CSD, owner IDs, lease/mortgage docs, disability docs if applicable).
• Compliance with tax and state-employee restrictions; separate TCS for joint ventures/consortia; if no TCS, provide CSD number.
