Overview

Procurement of supply and delivery of textile, sewing and informal trading sector services for the Thekwini District Municipality area. Open to entities with textile/sowing supply capabilities and informal-trading sector experience, who are registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and able to provide tax clearance. Requirements

• Evidence of CSD registration with Tax Compliance Status; SARS PIN required if non-compliant. (RFQ OVF 2026-222 - ETH.pdf)
• Fixed-price quotation on company letterhead, VAT inclusive. (RFQ OVF 2026-222 - ETH.pdf)
• Proof of BBBEE status (BBEE certificate or affidavit) and related documentation to claim specific goals. (RFQ OVF 2026-222 - ETH.pdf)
