Overview

Procurement of supply and delivery of UD Croner PKE250 GH8 brake parts (OEM-spec) for Cape Agulhas Municipality; RFQ Q8/2026/27. The contract is sub-R300k, with one supplier appointed. Requirements

• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and Tax Compliance PIN (SARS) with TCS where applicable.
• VAT status indication; if not VAT-registered, totals must exclude VAT consistent with pricing form.
• Proof of registration with Retail Motor Industry Organization (Schedule 1G) and B-BBEE status (Schedule 1E).
• Complete compulsory forms: CAMBD 1, CAMBD 4, CAMBD 6.1, CAMBD 8, CAMBD 9, plus Form of Offer & Acceptance.
• Authority of Signatory; Enterprise Questionnaire; Documents of Incorporation; Municipal accounts up-to-date (Schedule 1D).
• Delivery of parts per OEM spec for UD Croner PKE250 GH8; scope includes brake drums, hub seals, bearings, ABS sensors, service kit, etc. (as per Terms of Reference).
• Submissions on official tender forms; non-compliance or missing docs may disqualify.
