• Quotations must be fixed price on company letterhead, inclusive of VAT and all disbursements; VAT is to be calculated at 15%.
• BBBEE evidence: BBBEE Certificate or BBBEE Affidavit, plus documentation for specific goals (e.g., IDs, lease, etc.).
• Compliance with policy requirements: no engagement in disallowed state-related arrangements; submission must adhere to PFMA SCM rules.
