• Equipment must be new; adherence to GCC; vehicle/damage responsibility during delivery; 12-month warranty minimum.
• Local content and specific goals to be claimed as per Preferential Procurement Regulations (80/20 or 90/10 system).
• Compliance with delivery timeline (01 July 2026 to 30 August 2026) and sealing/bid box submission requirements.
• Proof of payment for bid documents is required.
