Overview

Procurement of an annual online subscription and delivery of LAWSA legal research libraries x4 and related materials, including an integrated AI-enabled research capability, for 12 months. Johannesburg Water invites bids from service providers with experience in online legal research platforms, licensing, user support, updates, web-based access, and compliance with procurement rules (PPPFA, CSD, tax stability).

Requirements

• Valid tax clearance status; certified BBBEE certificate or compliant sworn affidavit
• Municipal rates and taxes not in arrears beyond 90 days
• Quotation on company letterhead, signed; PDF format only
• Complete MBD4, MBD8, MBD9, and MBD6.1 forms; no state employee involvement
• Proof of CSD registration / supplier number; company registration documents with director IDs
• Proof of authorization to license and provide the requested online resources
• Access to latest legal content; web-based with regular updates; AI-enabled integration
