Overview

This tender seeks to supply, deliver and assemble storage racks for Saldanha Bay Municipality. It targets storage-system suppliers with capability in supplying, delivering and installing metal storage racks, and who meet BBBEE/locality criteria and related certifications.

Requirements

• Tax clearance and VAT compliance for contracts above threshold; CSD registration required.
• Original or SANAS-verified B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
• Proof of locality (municipal account in owner’s name or valid lease/owner affidavit).
• Authorized signatory with board resolution; complete bid documents in black ink; no alterations.
• Compliance with compulsory documents (MBD 1, 4, 6.1, 8, 9) and submission of all returnable items.
• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and absence from tender-defaulter lists.
• Adherence to 80/20 preference points system (price 80, specific goals 20) and related calculations.
