SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND BRANDING OF CONFERENCE MATERIAL FOR DELEGATES ATTENDING THE COMMISSION’S WAGE BILL CONFERENCE: 11 TO 12 NOVEMBER 2026

Overview

Procurement of supply, delivery and branding of conference materials for delegates attending the Presidency’s Wage Bill Conference (11–12 November 2026). The Presidency seeks a supplier to source, brand and deliver conference bags, pens, diaries, accreditation materials and a branded conference programme, including artwork proofs and on-site branding, with final products delivered to Premier Hotel Splendid Inn Umhlanga Ridge. • Delivery condition: final products to be delivered at the conference venue; branding must be durable and professionally finished; equivalent branding allowed only if explicitly stated and approved.
