Overview

Supply, delivery and commissioning of five B6 Bullet-resistant Guard Facilities for the NTCSA-NEG Northeast Grid (Zeus, Alpha, Rockdale, Marathon and Komatipoort). Bidders should have experience in security-guard facilities/prefabricated buildings, electrical installations (AC, solar) and Eskom-level compliance, including ISO 9001/SANS/SABS credentials.

Requirements

• ISO 9001-based QMS with quality planning and contract quality processes (Supplier Quality Management Specification 240-105658000).
• Evidence of capability: Letter of Manufacturer; certificate of compliance with SANS/SABS and ISO 9001 for design/manufacture of bullet-resistant guard houses.
• Returnables: Basic Compliance (PDF) with price lists in PDF and Excel; Annexures A–D; Tenderer particulars; Integrity Declaration; Local Content/CPA documentation where applicable; SBD 1; Tax clearance; PPPFA (SBD 6.1); Tax evaluation questionnaire.
• Safety/site readiness: compliance with Eskom SHE requirements (SHE Specification 240-91252315) including risk assessment, inductions and PPE.
• Technical alignment: guard houses to 2.2 x 2.2 x 2.2 with AC, solar (1.8 kW) and LED lighting.
