Supply, Delivery and Installation of an Electronic Library Platform, as well as Support and Maintenance for a period of three (3) years. Legal Aid South Africa invites bids from ICT vendors with proven capability to deploy, integrate, and support an electronic library platform, including data migration, training, and ongoing maintenance. Bidders should have: active CSD registration, SARS tax clearance, B-BBEE compliance, and demonstrable experience with similar library-platform projects and references.

Requirements

• Active Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and tax compliance
• Proof of SARS Tax Clearance (original) or CSD رقم; separate TCS PIN if applicable for consortia
• Compliance with B-BBEE and completion of SBD 6.1; 80/20 price/goals evaluation
