Overview

Supply and installation of burglar mesh stone guards and ClearVU-type burglar bars at Napier Community Hall. This RFQ targets contractors with CIDB capability (minimum 1GB/1SL or higher) and requires CIDB, SARS Tax Compliance (PIN/TCS), CSD registration, and B-BBEE compliance. A compulsory site briefing is scheduled.

Requirements

• CIDB: registration with at least 1GB/1SL or higher; joint ventures allowed with combined grading meeting the requirement.
• Tax: valid SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN; where applicable, PINs for JV partners; Tax clearance/documentation as specified.
• B-BBEE: original certificate or sworn affidavit verifying status; eligible for preference points (80/20).
• Registrations: CIDB registration and proof; CSD registration/database as applicable; proof of Letter of Good Standing where required.
• Documentation: returnable documents and forms (e.g., Schedule 1A–1K; Form of Offer and Acceptance; CIDB certificates).
• Clarification/briefing: compulsory site briefing on 20 Aug 2026 at Napier Community Hall; attendance mandatory; one representative per tenderer.

• Submission deadline: 28 August 2026 at 12:00. Submit in a sealed envelope to 1 Dirkie Uys Street, Bredasdorp (or post to P.O. Box 51).
• Documents to submit: all returnable documents (Schedule 1A–1K) plus CSD/CIDB/B-BBEE/TCS certificates and Form of Offer; include C1.1/C1.2 and pricing schedules as issued.
• Registrations: CIDB, Tax Compliance PIN, CSD as required; provide proof with tender.
• Briefing: mandatory clarifications session on 20 August 2026 at Napier Community Hall (ensure attendance and sign the attendance list).
