Supply, Delivery and Installation of Clear-View Fencing for Krugersdorp Depot. Responses are invited from construction/fencing contractors with CIDB contractor designation 3SQ or higher (or a JV whose combined rating meets the requirement). Requirements

• CIDB eligibility: registered at least 3SQ or higher, or JV with combined rating meeting the requirement; JV agreement must be provided.
• Compulsory Clarification Meeting: attendance mandatory; certificate of attendance (T2.2-01) to be submitted.
• CIDB, CSD, tax and pre-qualifications: CIDB registration, Central Supplier Database registration, valid Tax Clearance Certificate with TCS PIN, SANAS-based B-BBEE evidence.
• Preferential goals: 30% Black Women Owned; +50% Black Youth Owned; evidence per TPPP and SBD tables.
• Experience and resources: two completion certificates or equivalent references; list of equipment and resources (T2.2-02, T2.2-03).
• Returnable documents: complete SBD4/SBD6 as applicable; risk, insurance, enterprise questionnaire, etc.
• Compliance: no alternative bids; adherence to English tender language; due diligence may be applied.

How to Apply

• Obtain documents: download RFQ from etenders.gov.za and Transnet esupplier portal (RFQ_Fence Installation.pdf).
• Briefing/submission: attend compulsory site briefing on 08 Sep 2026 at Magaliesburg Area (GPS coordinates in RFQ). Bring RFQ and attend; certificate of attendance signed at briefing.
• Submission: upload bid via the Transnet e-Tender Submission Portal (esupplierportal.transnet.net) by 25 Sep 2026, 10:00. Allow multiple uploads; follow 30 MB per upload guidance.
• Documents to submit with bid: Form of Offer and Acceptance; all Returnable Documents (T2.2 series), SBD4/SBD6 where applicable; tax/B-BBEE evidence; CSD registration; proof of experience; insurance declarations; risk register.
• Where to obtain documents: from the National Treasury eTenders portal and Transnet portals (document filenames noted above).
