Overview

The procurement is for the supply, delivery and installation of curtains and blinds at Mpila Camp (HiP) of Ezemvelo KZN Wildlife. Bidders should have experience in supplying and installing window coverings (including blackout fabrics and wooden Venetian blinds) for lodge/camp accommodations and be prepared to install at multiple units (Mpila 5-bed Chalet and Mpila 7-bed Cottage) with full installation and commissioning.

Requirements

• Must be registered on the Central Suppliers Database (CSD) and provide the CSD number.
• Must be tax compliant (SARS PIN or tax clearance) and provide a Tax Compliance Status where applicable.
• Complete and submit all official bid documents (e.g., SBD forms) as PDF; do not retype forms; mandatory briefing attendance and sign-off.
• Provide proof of B-BBEE status (certificate or sworn affidavit) to qualify for specific goals.
• Submit the Pricing Schedule (SBD 3.3) with all delivery/installation costs included; bids valid for 90 days.
• Demonstrate compliance with the 80/20 preference points system; specific goals include at least 51% black ownership and KwaZulu-Natal location (with CSD proof attached).
