Requirements

• Mandatory briefing: 18 June 2026, 14:30, Mpila Camp (attendance required).
• Central Suppliers Database (CSD) registration and number; ensure information is current.
• Tax compliance: SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN (or CSD if no PIN); separate TCS for each consortium member.
• Official bid forms: complete and sign SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1; pricing via SBD 3.3; ensure authority to sign (with resolution) is provided.
• Minimum experience: at least one interior fit-out reference in the past 10 years.
• B-BBEE: provide a B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit to claim points.
• Samples/technical evaluation: be prepared to supply samples/swatches for technical assessment; not all bidders may be called.
• Price must include all delivery and related costs; fixed validity of 90 days.
• Adhere to PFMA/SCM regulations; non-compliance may disqualify.
