Overview

Supply, delivery and installation of eight waterborne sanitation units. Open to sanitation construction service providers with CIDB 1GB (Alternative 1CE) capable of complying with Blue Crane Route Municipality’s SCM policy and HDI preference framework; bid documents are downloadable from the municipality site.

Requirements

• CIDB contractor grading designation: 1GB, Alternative 1CE
• Registration on the CSD Supplier Database with Tax Compliant Status
• Certificate of Good Standing from the bidder’s local municipality
• Completion of all tender forms and data sheets; submission of all supplementary information
• Adherence to SCM policy; evidence required to claim Specific Goals (HDI preferences)
• Bids must be valid for 90 days; late or non-compliant bids will not be accepted
• Bidders must submit in a sealed envelope, clearly marked FWQ 20/2026; full bid details are in the published documents

How to Apply

• Submission deadline: 17 August 2026 by 12:00; place sealed bid in the Bid Box at 67 Nojoli Street, Somerset East (clearly marked)
• Briefing session: compulsory 04 August 2026 at 10:00 at the Town Hall; late arrivals (>15 minutes) are not allowed
• Submission method: physical delivery to the Bid Box (no late submissions)
• Documents to submit: completed tender forms and data sheets; all supplementary information; ensure CSD and tax clearance are current; certificate of good standing required
